ArmorGuard® HD polyester coil coating delivers cost-effective, high-performance protection for both interior and exterior applications. Engineered with a proprietary composite polyester resin system, ArmorGuard® HD provides enhanced resistance to UV degradation—minimizing chalking and fading over time.

Built for durability without sacrificing flexibility, ArmorGuard® HD offers excellent scratch and metal marking resistance. Its robust yet formable film allows for embossing and supports tight roll forming requirements, including 1T bends. ArmorGuard® HD is an ideal solution for exterior building components and accessories, delivering long-lasting performance in demanding environments.

Versatility & Application

ArmorGuard® HD is available in a broad range of standard and custom colors. Titan’s streamlined color-matching process ensures fast turnaround on custom requests to meet specific design requirements. This system is designed for application over primed metal substrates, including hot- dipped galvanized steel, zinc-aluminum alloy coated steel (Galvalume®, Zincalume®), aluminum, and Galfan®. ArmorGuard® HD is typically applied as a two-coat system consisting of primer, topcoat, and backer. Also, is an excellent choice for cost effective aluminum applications, a single-coat system may be utilized depending on performance requirements.

When applied by an approved applicator, ArmorGuard® HD delivers long-term durability and consistent field performance.
