AcryliDure™ is a premium acrylic coil coating system engineered to deliver consistent application performance, durability, and appearance across demanding coil-coated metal applications. Utilizing Titan’s proprietary acrylic resin technology, AcryliDure provides excellent flow, film formation, and hardness while maintaining the flexibility required for high-speed coil coating operations.

Designed for both interior and exterior applications, AcryliDure is well suited for select truck trailer, horse and livestock trailer, sign stock, and specialty transportation panel applications. The system is particularly aligned with OEM requirements where high gloss, hardness, stain resistance, and post-fabrication performance are critical.

AcryliDure technology is available in a single-coat system, two-coat system, and three-coat system to meet varying performance and warranty requirements. Proven in discretionary truck trailer programs, the system supports extended durability expectations including:

• 5-Year Warranty – Single Coat Systems
• 10-Year Warranty – Two Coat Systems (Ultra Road Shield level performance)

Formulations are available in both wax-free and stain-resistant configurations. Wax-free versions are commonly specified by box truck and trailer OEMs that post-paint decals and logos using automotive refinish systems, while the stain-resistant package provides enhanced stain resistance without sacrificing decal adhesion.

AcryliDure is available in a broad range of standard and custom colors and gloss levels, including high-gloss finishes meeting typical truck trailer specifications of ≥85 gloss (60°). Titan’s streamlined color development and matching process ensures consistent color performance and efficient turnaround for custom requirements. The system is designed for application over primed hot-dipped galvanized steel, zinc-aluminum alloy steel (including Galvalume^® and Zincalume^®), cold-rolled steel, and aluminum substrates.
